How can I clean up the backdrops?

Wipe them gently with a cloth damped with water. Use them to place food on the surface but don't use it to chop on it as it could ruin the backdrop.

How do I unroll the backdrops?

Lay them on a flat surface and cover them with heavy objects to press it down

How should I store the backdrop?

  • Store them flattened if possible - this makes it easier to use every time

  • Store them rolled in a tube if you don’t have space to store them flatten

How can I have the backdrop vertically?

  • Use clamps to hold it vertically

  • Tape it to a wall

  • Use a matte double sided Scotch tape to tape it to a cardboard (this way the tape can be removed without ruining the backdrop)

Are there any import fees?

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees. The customer solely is responsible for the applicable costs.

  • If you don’t pay for the customs, you are not eligible for a refund

Why is it taking longer than estimated for my order to arrive?

We use Canada Post to ship our parcels and there is tracking number. We do our best to make sure your order arrives in the stated timeframe however, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Customs, holidays and weather conditions could potentially delay shipping. Please contact us iff you are in rush and we can arrange for faster shipping

Is there pickup available?

Yes! Pickup is available for customers in the Greater Toronto Area. The pickup location is in Vaughan, close to Canada’s Wonderland

What should I do iff the item arrives damaged?

  • If you notice a damage on the package, refuse to accept it from the courier. We insure all of our packages so any damages to the package should be followed up with the courier. Please contact us ASAP if you need any help so we can follow up with the courier.

  • If there are any other damages to the backdrop, please contact us with a picture of the damaged product up to 2 day after receiving the product so we can resolve the issue
